BSR program Posthuman Radio 2.0 is a returning show from semesters past. Host Benjamin Homer digs deep on everything you ever wanted to know about all your favorite cryptids while playing noise music.
How long have you been with BSR:
I was on for like, 5 semesters before I took a break from college, and this is my first semester back

Describe your show:
So I discuss paranormal stuff, bigfoots and mothmans and stuff, and I also play some music that might otherwise not be heard by people. I general I try to take a very scientific view of the situation and consider it rationally, but at the same time I’m always going to keep an open mind on the show, if not for my personal beliefs but for good radio. I’m getting a series of interviews prepared for the next semester to tune in and we’ll be having a paranormal roundtable discussion.

How did you come up with your show concept:
I’ve been neck deep in paranormal whatsits for god knows how long, and since most people don’t really know all that much I figured it’d be entertaining for people to listen.

What is your favorite show moment of the semester:
A friend texted me during my show and asked me what the hell was I playing, because it turns out most people get uncomfortable when 30 minutes of sludge has been playing in a row.

Goatman: he’s one of the few that actually says fuck it and uses an axe, going from a scary monster into a caprine Jason Vorhees

What do you wish people knew about cryptids and conspiracies:
Always be aware that people are trying to fuck you over and make you believe falsehoods. The government IS out to get you, but probably not for the reasons you think.
