This director ensures all studio and station equipment is operational and in good condition. The Technology Director will assist the Web Content and Production Directors with technical duties associated with their respective positions. The Technology Director is the first-person DJs call if any equipment is not working properly, so this director must be easy to contact and able to work with people to solve technical problems. This director is responsible for the workings of the news department. This director needs to be available on a daily basis for daily live reporting, breaking news stories, and updates. The director will train volunteer staff and coordinators in running a live daily newscast in collaboration with the student media newsroom. The director shall oversee scriptwriting, anchoring, reporting, and collaborate with the sports director for live reporting in the field. For more information click here. Apply Here!

Black Squirrel Radio has ongoing video sessions where we record or you send in a short set and interview by various bands and musicians at the station. We are currently accepting applications by bands and musicians who are interested in taking part. We want all types of genres represented but are currently seeking non-rock and more underrepresented genres.
