Jams of the Decades airs every Thursday from Midnight to 2am. Hosts Lindsay Pizzurro, Alexa DeBord, and Erin McNamara are new to BSR with their show in it’s first semester. With Jams of the Decades, Lindsay, Alexa, and Erin spend each week focusing on a different decade playing through the jams of that time period!
Describe your show:
Each week we focus on a specific decade and play the top hits of the time period, starting from the solid gold oldies to today’s top hits. College can take a toll on your body, which is why we also provide quick and easy health tips to keep you at your best.
How did you come up with your show concept:
We like all genres so we wanted to create a show that would be fresh and exciting each week.
What do you do in your free time:
Lindsay enjoys painting, working out, reading her Bible, and people watching. Alexa enjoys working out, playing with her puppy, watching Netflix, and rides on her motorcycle. Erin enjoys kayaking, rock climbing, nights out on the town, and psychoanalyzing her roommates.

Lindsay: Def Leppard and Poison
Alexa: Slayer and Travis Scott
Erin: Eric Church and Fleetwood Mac
Favorite show moment of the semester:
Making our callers sing on air in order to play their song.
Favorite music decade:
Tie between 80’s and early 2000s
How did you get into older music:
Our parents got us into older music
If you could live in any decade when would it be and why:
We would like to live in the 50’s during simpler times with less technology. It would be nice to grab a milkshake at the diner then catch a movie at the drive in with some friends. Not too mention seeing Elvis live (Lindsay has a crush on him).
