About Black Squirrel Entertainment

Black Squirrel Entertainment is a student-run broadcasting station at Kent State University. We feature weekly shows on both television and radio to showcase student talent and creativity.

Staff

	Anthony Furiga General Manager Anthony Furiga is a senior Digital Media production major and advertising minor, and serves as Black Squirrel Entertainment's Audio and Entertainment Director. Anthony oversees all operations of the student organization and helps establish relations with other student organizations and the community. Previously, he served as TV2's Entertainment Director for three semesters before moving into his current role. A fun fact about Anthony is that he has perfect pitch!
	Vincent Throckmorton Podcast Manager Vincent is a senior Digital Media Productions major. He is looking to move to Los Angeles, California or Atlanta, Georgia post graduation. He is a frequent podcast listener and is very excited to take up this position. Feel free to reach out to him with any questions.
	Kelly Chylinski Design Director Kelly is a senior Interior Design student with a minor in anthropology. She's been working as Design Director since Spring 2023. Outside of work and school, she's a big fan of Legend of Zelda, Kingdom Hearts, and Epic: The Musical. Her current favorite songs are Little Wolf from Epic: The Musical and You Always Knew by Les Friction.
	Gabriel Virant Music Director Gabe is a third-year student at Black Squirrel Radio, currently serving his second year as the Director of Music. He�s pursuing a major in Aeronautics/Professional Pilot with a minor in Aviation Weather. Gabe brings a rich background in live music production and theater lighting to his role, blending technical expertise with a passion for music. Outside of the studio, you�ll find him exploring the great outdoors�whether he's camping, hiking, skiing, or rock climbing.
	Annemarie Karabinus Radio Programming Director Annemarie is the current Programming Director of the radio side of BSE. She helps manage the organization, as well as managing analytics. When she isn't overseeing everyone, she has two radio shows : Trainwreck and Fruition. She also Associate Producers for The Blurb, as well as is cast on the Blurb and All Systems Go. In what little free time she has, you can see her playing persona 5, Baldurs Gate 3, The Sims 4, and Minecraft.
	Yasmeen Matthews Director of Marketing Yasmeen is a Junior Photography Major from Marlton, New Jersey. This is her second semester working as the Marketing Director and she has previously hosted shows with the topics of movies and 70s, 80s, and 90s music.
	Cohlman Arthur TV Executive Producer Cohlman Arthur is a Sophomore Digital Media Production Major in his 3rd semester of student media. He is the TV Executive Producer for Black Squirrel Entertainment and one of the Co-Showrunners for The Blurb! Outside of student media, Cohlman avidly enjoys music, time with friends, movies, video games and more!
	Demetri Manousos Sports Director Demetri oversees sports content put onto the website and attends sporting events to report on.
