When/Where, an alt/punk band from the Cleveland area, stopped by the BSR lobby in the recent past to record a couple tracks of theirs (plus a cover) with a stripped down setup. Afterwards, we interviewed them about the process of slowly becoming a full band, becoming punk as an angsty young college touree, and good ole scene support.
