Kate Gosselin fails to Foxtrot to the next round on "Dancing With the Stars." Gosselin and her partner Tony Dovolani scored 15 out of 30 points on their routine. Tuesday night, Kate gave her goodbye to the rest of the competitors and felt honored to be apart of the show. Akronnewsnow.com reported that Kate was the fourth contestant to be kicked off the show.

The trial continues for University of Akron student Adrian Barker, who is being charged with murder for the death of Christopher Kernich.
Most of Tuesday’s testimony was dominated by a series of DNA and forensic experts.
The jury was welcomed back from their lunch recess with brown paper bags containing Barkers clothes from the night of the assult.
Linda Ebeieth, a forensic scientist who specializes in DNA and forensic biology, testified that she examined some of the clothing.
Ebeieth explained that Barker’s shirt had a mixture of DNA that matched a DNA profiles taken from Barker, Kelly and Kernich. Kelly’s trail is slated to begin May 4th.
Mark Arm is the lead singer of the influential Seattle grunge band Mudhoney. They have inspired notable grunge and alternative rock musicians, most notably Kurt Cobain of Nirvana, and Mark will be interviewed Today, Wednesday April 21st on Dr. Phil's Afternooner (2 - 4p.m.)!

Four out of five Americans don't trust the government, according to a new Pew Research Center survey. The survey found that almost half of those responding think the government negatively affects their lives. However, around 40-percent said they wanted bigger government.
